The Cottage is generally available from late May until mid October.  The rental rates range from $2000 per week in the early and late periods of the season to $3500 per week from mid July to mid August

• Rental periods are Saturday to Saturday
• Tax Rate: 9.0%
• Refundable damage deposit: $500
• There is a maid service fee of $80 for cleaning after departure
• 50% due at confirmation, 50% plus deposits due 45 days in advance of arrival date
